In what's become a running theme this season, the Fieldston Eagles gave their fans yet another huge victory on Friday. They claimed a resounding 67-24 victory over Horace Mann at home. Winning may never get old, but Fieldston sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
Fieldston was led to victory by Jade ling Eng-stewart and Sarah Weinick. Eng-stewart scored 22 points, while Weinick scored 24 points.
Fieldston has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-2 record this season. As for Horace Mann, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Fieldston won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Trinity at 3:00 p.m. on January 27th. As for Horace Mann, they will head out on the road to challenge Loyola at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
