Section 2 B - Reinfurt recap Oct. 23, 2012
Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk moved up to 67 from 139 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Section 2 B - Reinfurt. The Indians climbed the ranks as a result of besting Broadalbin-Perth 30-0.
Cohoes was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to third in the league. Earlier in the week, the Tigers defeated Bishop Maginn 33-27.
6-foot-2 quarterback Conner Zeoli of Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk is the league leader in passing yards this season with 164. He has also thrown two touchdowns. On the ground, Hudson's Winston Lee has rushed for 224 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Malacchai Wilburn. The Hudson star has eight catches for 91 yards.
Cohoes led Section 2 B - Reinfurt in scoring this week after putting up 33 points on the Griffins.
