Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Athens). They were the clear victors by a 33-1 margin over the Burr Oak Bobcats on Tuesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Indians as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Athens' victory bumped their record up to 3-12. As for Burr Oak, their defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Athens will face off against Bellevue at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Broncos have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 14.92 runs per game on average), something the Indians will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Burr Oak, they will take on Climax-Scotts at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers' pitching crew has only allowed 2.1 runs per game this season, so the Bobcats' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
