Baker took a 51-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of West Florida Baptist Academy. Baker has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
West Florida Baptist Academy found their leader in underclassman Makenna Enfinger, who scored 27 points along with 4 steals. The game was Enfinger's fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Olivia Pearce, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 10 rebounds.
The last time Baker won on the road was back on Tuesday. Having now lost three straight away matchups, they've bumped their record down to 1-3. As for West Florida Baptist Academy, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-4.
Baker will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Florala at 3:30 p.m. on December 8th. Florala is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak. As for West Florida Baptist Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Covenant Christian at 5:00 p.m.
