Einstein suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Thursday. Their tough 55-34 loss to Seneca Valley might stick with them for a while. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Einstein has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Walter Johnson scored the most points they've had all season to find success last Friday. They took their match at home with ease, bagging a 67-36 victory over Churchill. Walter Johnson has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 31 points or more this season.
Kendall Alexander and Mira Mann were among the main playmakers for Walter Johnson as the former scored 17 points along with six rebounds and five steals and the latter scored 19 points along with three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Mann has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Norah Youssef, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds.
Einstein's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Walter Johnson, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-5.
Einstein didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Walter Johnson when the teams last played back in January of 2020, but they still walked away with a 65-59 win.
