She posted five points and seven rebounds, but sadly Roy still had to take a 37-30 loss at the hands of Juan Diego Catholic. We hope Wednesday's contest is the first of many we'll see posted here as the season progresses.
Coming up, Hoover and Roy will face off against Syracuse at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. The Royals have some work to do to even out the 2-7 series between these two since November of 2015, but a win here would be a good start.
