Ider entered their tilt with Pisgah on Wednesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 12-5 victory. The Hornets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 18 games by six runs or more this season.

Ider's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-6. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.0 runs over those games. As for Pisgah, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9.

Ider has already played their next matchup, a 26-1 win against Mae Jemison on the 27th. As for Pisgah, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Cedar Bluff at 4:30 p.m. on April 7.
