After losing to Pocatello the last time they met, Thunder Ridge decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Titans walked away with a 2-0 win over the Thunder on Saturday.

While Thunder Ridge won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 27-25.

Their offense was headlined by Lucy Puchmeyer and Giulia Johns, who picked up five kills apiece. They were helped by Melanie Dopp and Avery Kunz, who contributed nine assists each. Reese Hone controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Thunder Ridge's record is now 7-9. As for Pocatello, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-6.

Thunder Ridge didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Malad on the 20th. As for Pocatello, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Rigby on the 20th.
