Joshua Davis was a one-man wrecking crew for Ocala Christian as he rushed for 192 yards and three touchdowns on only six carries. Davis really tore up the turf during one magnificent 90-yard run. Another player making a difference was Conrad Bloom, who rushed for 48 yards and two touchdowns.
Bloom wasn't the only one working in the rushing yards department: Ocala Christian was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 494 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 203 rushing yards in five consecutive contests dating back to last season.
One reason for the win was Ocala Christian's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for nine sacks. The heavy lifting was done by Derrick Mcgill and Bloom who racked up five sacks between them.
