Raymond are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Bishop Brady on Saturday at Concord - Memorial at 6:00 PM. Raymond will be looking to avenge the 12-34 loss they took the last time these two teams played.
Raymond have to be aching after a bruising 28-56 defeat to Newfound Regional last week.
Meanwhile, their game two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to Bishop Brady, but their most recent game may have softened the blow. They won a contest that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by Mascoma 13-12. The tight race was right in line with the MaxPreps state rankings' forecast.
Bishop Brady's win lifted them to 1-1 while Raymond's loss dropped them down to 1-1. We'll find out if Bishop Brady can add another positive mark to their record or if Raymond can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Bishop Brady's step.
