The CHESS Academy Knights stacked a sixth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Community Christian Academy 71-41 at home. The victory was nothing new for CHESS Academy as they're now sitting on three straight.
Despite the loss, Community Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: Kylin McDonald scored 21 points. That was a full 51.2% of Community Christian Academy's points, marking the sixth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
CHESS Academy pushed their record up to 11-5 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.7 points per game. As for Community Christian Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-7.

One thing working in Open Bible Christian's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three games. As for Community Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to square off against Highland Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Highland Christian Academy has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 418 points over their last six games.
