  Valarie Scott was cooking despite her team's loss,   scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 3-for-4.  Yesenia Solano was another key contributor,  going 3-for-4 with two  stolen bases, a  triple,  and a  run.
 Even though they lost, Flowing Wells  lost a few balls and  finished the game with two  home runs. That's the most  home runs they've managed all season.
 On American Leadership Academy's side,  Lucy Palmer was  incredible,  scoring four  runs and  stealing two bases while going 2-for-5. The team also got some help courtesy of  Nakoria Turner, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 3-for-4.
 Flowing Wells' loss dropped their record down to 3-15. As for American Leadership Academy, their win bumped their record up to 6-8.
 Flowing Wells will be playing at home against Sahuaro at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Flowing Wells is facing Sahuaro at the right time seeing as Sahuaro is stuck on  a  12-game losing streak. As for American Leadership Academy, they will be playing at home against Combs at 3:45  p.m.  on Friday. American Leadership Academy is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 7.7  runs per game  this season.
