On Monday, the Westside Rams came up short against the Airport Eagles  and fell  6-2. Westside has now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Westside saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Will Thomas, who  went 1-for-3 with a  double and  an  RBI.
 On Airport's side,  Graham Whittle spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned  (and one unearned) run on three hits and racked up six Ks.
 At the plate,  Brice Gillette was  incredible,  going 2-for-3 with a  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs.  Price Jackson was another key contributor,  going 2-for-3 with two  RBI and a  double.
 Westside's loss dropped their record down to 12-15. As for Airport, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 20-7 record  this season.
 As of now, neither Westside nor Airport have any future games scheduled.
