For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Thompson and Hillsboro/Central Valley meet (four straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Tuesday. The Tommies walked away with a 3-1 win over the H-CV Burros. For the Tommies, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 victory the H-CV Burros walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Thompson has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That lines up perfectly with their 10-1-1 record this season. As for Hillsboro/Central Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

Thompson has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Hillsboro on the 23rd. As for Hillsboro/Central Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against Northern Cass on the 25th.
