Softball Recap: Duncan Wins Going Away Against San Simon

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against St. David, Duncan was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They blew past the San Simon Longhorns 17-2. The Wildkats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by eight runs or more this season.

Paisley Patton was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Sofia Harris was another key player, going 3-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and one double.

Duncan was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .424. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their batting average total in three consecutive contests.

Duncan's record now sits at 7-5. As for San Simon, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.

Duncan didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 13-0 victory against Valley Union on the 15th. As for San Simon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 20-19 win against Baboquivari on the 16th.
