Despite the loss, Stafford saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Mikya Williams dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten boards. Williams is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Aniyah David, who posted six points.
Stafford's defeat dropped their record down to 12-17. As for Sealy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 19-6.
