West Vigo found a leader in Jaleigh Lindley as the team took down Bloomfield on Friday. Lindley wasn't messing around, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. The pitching appearance was her third straight with 11 or more strikeouts.

Lindley and West Vigo will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Mooresville at 9:00 a.m. The Vikings haven't beaten the Pioneers recently, having gone 0-3 since April of 2019.
