While Owen Hood delivered a dominant effort on Tuesday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Liberty Common. Hood wasn't messing around, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. The match was his fifth straight with at least one stolen base.

Hood and Liberty Common will be playing at home against Arrupe Jesuit at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Sadly, Hood's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Eagles' three-game streak of wins on the road. With the streak broken, Hood and the Eagles surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Friday's match.
