Gunter waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past Blue Ridge 14-0. Gunter might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 games by seven runs or more this season.

Rylee Cassidy made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out ten over five innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 20 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Berkley Graham, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. That home run was her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Ireland Waite, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Gunter lost a few balls and finished the game with three home runs. That's the most home runs they've posted since back in March of 2025.

Gunter's record now sits at 21-6. As for Blue Ridge, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-13.

Looking ahead, Gunter is taking a road trip to square off against Leonard at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Leonard has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.67 runs per game on average), something Gunter will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Blue Ridge, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Howe at 6:00 p.m. The Bulldogs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 18.16 runs per game on average), something the Tigers will no doubt try to take advantage of.
