The Desert Christian Knights's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their sixth straight loss. They took a serious blow against The Palmdale Aerospace Academy, falling 74-25. Desert Christian has not had much luck with The Palmdale Aerospace Academy recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Breton Edwards was Desert Christian's leading scorer, having posted five points. Edwards also led the team in rebounds with five.
Desert Christian's defeat was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-11. As for The Palmdale Aerospace Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-6.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Vasquez the next time they take the court. Desert Christian will host Vasquez at 7:00 p.m. on January 2, 2024, while The Palmdale Aerospace Academy will host them at 7:00 p.m. on January 4, 2024.
