The Lathrop Spartans entered their tilt with the Pacheco Panthers with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Lathrop came out on top against Pacheco by a score of 44-36 on Wednesday. That's two games straight that Lathrop has won by exactly eight points.
It was another big night for Reniel Crisostomo, who scored 18 points along with eight rebounds and two steals. Bobby Cotton was another key contributor, scoring seven points.
Lathrop's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-14. As for Pacheco, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost ten of their last 11 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-12 record this season.
Lathrop will take on Grace Davis at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Grace Davis is out to stop a five-game streak of losses at home. Pacheco will take on Ceres at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
