The San Fernando Tigers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They fell 62-51 to Reseda. That's two games in a row now that San Fernando has lost by exactly 11 points.
San Fernando's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Adrian Lomeli, who scored 18 points. That was a full 35.3% of San Fernando's points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Christopher Bynum, who scored 17 points.
San Fernando's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Reseda, their victory bumped their record up to 5-7.
San Fernando will head out on the road to take on Panorama at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Panorama is on a five-game streak of home losses, San Fernando a seven-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. Reseda will take on Canoga Park at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
