Brazosport was led to victory by Deja El Amin and Londyn Brown. El Amin scored 15 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals, while Brown scored 7 points along with 12 rebounds and 4 steals. El Amin has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last nine times she's played. Sanii Player was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with 3 steals.
Boling's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Brazosport, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-3.
Boling will square off against La Grange at 11:45 a.m. on Friday. As for Brazosport, they will head out on the road to face off against Bay City at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Bay City will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
