The Nutley Maroon Raiders lost against the Millburn Millers back in January of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Nutley took a hard 69-51 fall against Millburn. Nutley has struggled against Millburn recently, as their game on Friday was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
Noah Ravitz was his usual excellent self, scoring 23 points along with nine rebounds and five assists for Millburn. The match was Ravitz's eighth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Zach Benmorits, who scored 14 points along with six rebounds.
Nutley's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Millburn, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nutley will take on Livingston at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Millburn, they will be playing in front of their home fans against West Essex at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
