Behind a 2-1 record over the past week,
Island Trees made the biggest jump in the
national rankings, all the way from 3823 to 3359. The Bulldogs are currently sitting at No. 98 in the state of New York, thanks to an overall record of 11-5.
The Warriors' pitching staff dominated this week, allowing only 21 hits and 22 walks, both of which led the league. Wantagh's pitchers have been charged with only 124 hits and have struck out 158 batters. Welch is tops on the staff with 67 Ks.
