Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Escambia Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Rontae Watson, who scored 22 points. The matchup was Watson's tenth in a row with at least ten points. Quinton Odom was another key contributor, scoring 19 points.
The win makes it two in a row for Escambia Academy and bumps their season record up to 8-2. As for Crenshaw Christian Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-9.
