Make it four blowout wins for the Windsor Wizards this season. They blew past Greeley Central, posting a 62-20 victory on the road. Given Windsor's advantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 35th, while Greeley Central is ranked 204th), the result on Saturday wasn't entirely unexpected.
Reyleigh Hess was her usual excellent self, scoring 13 points along with six rebounds and three steals. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times she's played. Another player making a difference was Gracie Worlsey, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds and three steals.
The win was the fourth in a row for Windsor, bringing their record for this year to 7-5. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.3 points per game. As for Greeley Central, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Windsor will take on Silver Creek at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Greeley Central, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Greeley West at 5:30 p.m.
