The Bendle Tigers will head out on the road to square off against the Morrice Orioles at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty run totals in their previous games.
Bendle took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They blew past Hamady 15-3. Considering the Tigers have won four matchups by more than seven runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.
Robert Neldon tossed a big game, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up three earned runs off only one hit.

At the plate, Kaden Mattis was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two doubles. He has been hot for a while, having posted at least one stolen base the last 11 times he's played. Another player making a difference was Brayden Wollard, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two doubles.
Bendle was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .409. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Hamady only posted a batting average of .182.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Morrice). They were the clear victors by a 22-15 margin over Bentley on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Orioles.
Brandon Schmidtfranz was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Schmidtfranz was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 6-for-6 with four runs, two stolen bases, and three RBI. Those four runs gave him a new career-high.
In other batting news, Oliver Long was incredible, going 5-for-6 with one home run, three stolen bases, and five runs. Those five runs gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Austin Gutting, who got on base in three of his six plate appearances with four runs, two stolen bases, and two RBI.
Bendle's record is now 4-1. As for Morrice, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Wednesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Bendle has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 16.8 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Morrice struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 8.4 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Bendle might still be hurting after the 9-1 defeat they got from Morrice in their previous meeting back in April of 2025. Can the Tigers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
