Minerva's game  last Wednesday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a  win as the  squad sidled past the Ridgewood Generals  3-2. The score was all tied up  1-1 at the break, but the Lions were the  better team in the second half.

 Minerva will square off against Carrollton at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Ridgewood, they will be staying on the road  on Wednesday to face off against Catholic Central at 5:00  p.m.
