Bessemer City won the last time they faced Highland Tech and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Bessemer City Yellow Jackets blew past the Highland Tech Rams 57-17. The Yellow Jackets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matchups by 24 points or more this season.

Tionna dropped a triple-double with 35 points, 12 rebounds, and 13 steals, while Kionna went 6-for-9 en route to 15 points along with eight assists and eight boards. That makes it 21 consecutive games in which Tionna has scored at least a third of Bessemer City's points.

Bessemer City pushed their record up to 13-11 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Admittedly, the team didn't face the toughest opposition across those games, namely Highland Tech, East Gaston, and Cherryville.
