The Rivercrest Rebels's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their eighth straight loss. They were outmatched by Caddo Mills at home and fell 71-42. Rivercrest lost against Caddo Mills in their previous head to head back in December of 2019, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 63-26 score last time.
Rivercrest's loss came despite strong showings from Anna Duvall and Claire Grider. Duvall scored 9 points, while Grider scored 9 points.
Rivercrest's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Caddo Mills, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-8.
Rivercrest will take on Bonham at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Caddo Mills, they will be playing at home against Palmer at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
