The Parkwood Wolf Pack posted their biggest victory yet this season on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Central Academy 68-27 at home. With that victory, Parkwood brought their scoring average up to 50.1 points per game.
Parkwood was led to victory by Peyton Collins and Kayl Starnes. Collins scored 13 points along with five assists and five steals, while Starnes scored 14 points along with seven assists and five rebounds. Collins hasn't dropped below two steals for eight straight games. Madison Owen was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with five assists and two steals.
When it comes to explaining why Central Academy lost, one person who can't be blamed is Jadah Pringle. Despite the final result, she scored 11 points along with seven rebounds. That was a full 40.7% of Central Academy's points, marking the sixth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Parkwood is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 9-8 record this season. As for Central Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-15.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Parkwood will play host again and welcome Forest Hills, where tip off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
