Rison were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. Everything went their way against Drew Central on Friday as they made off with a 39-7 win. Followers of Rison probably expected little less of the team in a season in which they have collected four blowout victories.
The victory bumped Rison's record up to 4-0. Drew Central are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-4.
Next week Rison take on McGehee at 7:00 PM. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Rison and McGehee will really light up the scoreboard. Drew Central will be staying on the road, facing off against Episcopal.
