Riverside lost to High Plains back in September of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Chargers came out on top against the Storm by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Chargers.

Riverside never let High Plains on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-21.

Riverside found their leader in freshman Brynn Seamann, who had eight digs and three aces.

Riverside's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for High Plains, they dropped their record down to 1-1 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, Riverside and High Plains will both be playing Twin River the next time they take the court. The Storm will head out to face the Titans at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Chargers will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
