Shoreland Lutheran had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They came out on top against the Milwaukee King Generals by a score of  14-11. This was payback for the Pacers, who suffered  a  9-4  loss the last time these two teams met.
 Robert Triplett was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching 2.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off   two  hits. Triplett was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases.
