Lipscomb Academy was forced to take a big defeat against they on Thursday, they got the better of them on Friday. Everything went their way against the Christ Presbyterian Academy Lions as they made off with an 11-2 victory. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won 14 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Lipscomb Academy has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-7-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Christ Presbyterian Academy, they moved to 33-5-2 with that loss, which also ended their eight-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Lipscomb Academy nor the Lions have any future games scheduled.
