Marysville had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 38-32 W against the Port Huron Northern Huskies. This was a revenge game for the Vikings: when they faced off against the Huskies back in January, they had to take a 46-33 loss.

Marysville's win bumped their record up to 9-12. As for Port Huron Northern, they dropped their record down to 12-9 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coming up, Marysville will head out on the road to square off against Almont at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Port Huron Northern, they will face off against Marine City at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
