Deckerville's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. In a tight matchup that could have gone either way, they made off with a 53-52 victory over the Capac Chiefs. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Chiefs: they've now won four in a row.

Logan Martin had an outrageously good game as he dropped a double-double on 25 points and 13 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Hunter Garza, who went 5 for 9 to rack up 11 points.
