Axel Carrillo was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. That home run was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Drew Switzer, who scored five runs and stole three bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.
Andress always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .605. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as St. Augustine Catholic only posted an OBP of .429.
Andress' record is now 4-6. As for Parkland, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7-1.
