Will Patla put up the most runs he's had since back in April on Saturday. He scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. He has become a key player for Westminster School: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 5-9 otherwise.

Coming up, Patla and Westminster School will challenge Avon Old Farms at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Martlets will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 38 places lower in Connecticut), but they're not letting that get them down.
