The Tenafly Tigers will head out on the road to face off against the Lakeland Regional Lancers at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Thursday, Tenafly came up short against the Panthers and fell 57-50. Tenafly has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Meanwhile, Lakeland Regional unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a 51-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of Kennedy. While losing is never fun, Lakeland Regional can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 289th, while the Knights are ranked 127th).
Tenafly has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season. As for Lakeland Regional, their loss dropped their record down to 6-13.
