El Capitan put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Joseph City Wildcats with a sharp 20-4 win. Fans of the Eagles have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.
Kendall Hammon made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Hammon was even better at the plate, going 3-for-5 with one home run, two stolen bases, and five RBI.
