Highland Park was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight  loss. They lost  23-13 to the Sunray Bobcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bobcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  18-12  back in March.
  Aubrey Drerup made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  went 3-for-4 with five  RBI and one  run. Another player making a difference was  Haley Rogers, who  got on base  in four of her five plate appearances with two  runs and two  RBI.
Highland Park's defeat dropped their record down to 5-18-1. As for Sunray, the  victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-3.
 Coming up, Highland Park will square off against Clarendon at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. Sunray does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
