Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Centennial). They claimed a resounding 71-33 win over the Cooper Cougars. The victory was some much needed relief for the Spartans as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Centennial's win bumped their record up to 10-13. As for Cooper, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-20.

Centennial will welcome Seguin at 11:30 a.m. on Friday. As for Cooper, they will challenge Wylie at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
