Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Wyandotte). They blew past the Chelsea Dragons 56-6  on Friday. The Bears haven't had any issues with the Dragons recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive  win against them.
  Kason Threet was  his usual excellent self, rushing for 132 yards and four  scores on only eight carries. That's the most  rushing touchdowns  he has posted since back in October of 2024.  Hunter White was another key player, throwing for 156 yards and one  TD while completing 84.6% of his passes.
Wyandotte's record now sits at 6-0. As for Chelsea,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 2-4.
 We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Wyandotte is set to  square off against  their familiar foe Salina  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few  points on average (the Bears 9.8, the Wildcats 14.5) so any  points scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Chelsea will  challenge  rival Keys  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
