The Eureka Loggers can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent game on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Del Norte 82-41 at home. The victory was some much needed relief for Eureka as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.
Eureka found their leader in underclassman Prince Latimer, who scored 21 points along with two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Latimer has scored all season. Jahmil Rippy was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Eureka's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 13-10. As for Del Norte, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost nine of their last 11 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season.
