The Eagle's View Warriors had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 47-45 win over St. Joseph Academy on Friday. For Eagle's View, this counts as revenge for the 60-23 loss St. Joseph Academy walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2019.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Eagle's View to victory, but perhaps none more so than Justis Clements, who scored 15 points. The contest was Clements' third in a row with at least ten points. Marcus Carter was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Eagle's View's victory bumped their record up to 1-3. As for St. Joseph Academy, they have fallen quite a ways from their 21-7 record last season and are now at 1-4.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eagle's View will take on Palatka at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Joseph Academy, they have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Menendez at 7:00 p.m. on December 4th.
