Chris Henderson of Central Virginia HomeSchool ran for the longest rushing play in Mid-Atlantic Christian this season against Maryland Christian last week. Henderson ran for 66 yards on the play and finished with 90 on the day as his team defeated the Saints.
Central Maryland Christian Crusaders added to the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Friends, 38-14. This was the team's sixth consecutive win.
Central Virginia HomeSchool's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Jordan Banks threw for 124 yards and Henderson had 76 yards receiving. On the ground Henderson chipped in 90 yards. Keon Brown helped Central Virginia HomeSchool's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 42 yards.

Eastern Shore HomeSchool's Xavier Townsend and Jacob Payton have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Townsend has thrown for 540 yards this season, while Payton, a 5-foot-11 receiver, has 14 catches for 325 yards. Henderson from the Disciples leads the league in rushing with 309 yards.
An important game coming up in Mid-Atlantic Christian this week will be when Central Virginia HomeSchool takes on Fairfax HomeSchool. The Disciples are currently in first, while the Kings are in fifth.
Frederick County HomeSchool lost to Fairfax HomeSchool 53-12 last week, the largest margin of any game.
