On Friday, Arizona Lutheran Academy made easy work of Trivium Prep and carried off a 23-4 victory. The Coyotes haven't had any issues with the Crimson Knights recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.
Elie Drexler was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single hit and allowed only one earned run while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. Those 12 strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. Those stolen bases marked the first that she snagged this season.

In other batting news, Bella Gray was a standout: she scored four runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. Those four runs gave her a new career-high. Meanwhile, ALA - Anthem South came up short against Arizona Lutheran Academy on Thursday, falling 21-4. That's two games in a row now that the Titans have lost by exactly 17 runs.
ALA - Anthem South saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kylie Dean, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2. Miley Rice was another, going 1-for-2 with one triple and one run.
ALA - Anthem South dropped their record down to 10-6 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Arizona Lutheran Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4.
