Freedom Prep Academy extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to 17 on Wednesday, dropping them down to 0-4. They lost 23-5 to the American Heritage Patriots. On the bright side, the five- run effort marked the Eagles' highest-scoring game to date.

As for American Heritage, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1. Considering they have won three matchups by more than nine runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

For American Heritage's part, Adam Lee made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Lee was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Freedom Prep Academy will square off against Utah Military Academy - Hill Field at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles will need to watch out since the Thunderbirds have now posted at least ten runs every time they've taken the field this season. As for American Heritage, they will face off against Panguitch at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bobcats' pitching crew has only allowed 3.2 runs per game this season, so the Patriots' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
